When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (hashed passwords or OAuth tokens).

API Usage Data

We log API requests including: timestamp, model used, token counts, request duration, and cost. We do not log the content of your API requests or responses.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We receive subscription status and transaction metadata from Stripe.

Technical Data

We collect standard web server logs including IP address, user agent, and request metadata for operational purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Service Delivery: Process API requests and manage your account
  • Billing: Calculate usage, process payments, and manage subscriptions
  • Improvement: Analyze aggregated usage patterns to improve the Service
  • Security: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
  • Communication: Send service-related emails (account updates, billing notices)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • AI Model Providers: API requests are forwarded to third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) based on the model you select. Your API key and request data are transmitted to these providers per their own privacy policies.
  • Payment Processors: Stripe processes payments and manages subscriptions
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

4. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained while your account is active
  • API usage logs are retained for 90 days
  • Billing records are retained for 7 years (legal requirement)
  • You may request data deletion by contacting us

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to certain processing activities
