Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FastModel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FastModel provides an API gateway that routes requests to various AI model providers. We do not host or train AI models ourselves — we provide unified access through a single API endpoint.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the Service in any way
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
  • Resell or redistribute API access without explicit authorization
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models

5. Payments and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. API usage is deducted from your account balance. Unused credits do not roll over. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The FastModel name, logo, and platform code are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of content you generate through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

FastModel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party model behavior.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
